Fightstar is a four-piece Post-Hardcore, Alternative Metal band from London, England. In 2005, frontman Charlie Simpson left the highly successful British guitar trio Busted, in order to concentrate fully on Fightstar, citing his preference for post-hardcore-based music over the lighter pop rock music he had produced with Busted.
