Katy Rose (born 27 January 1987, real name Kathryn Rosemary Bullard) is an American pop singer. She was born in Redondo Beach, and grew up in Tarzana, California. Beginning at thirteen, Rose began involving herself in self-destructive activities including sex and drug use, much like that of the main character in the gritty indie film "Thirteen", which included two of her first recordings, "Overdrive" (about a young girl who becomes addicted to methamphetamine in L.A.) and "Lemon", which she wrote after reading an article about the film.
